Hi there, I'm
University was a juggling act between studies and work, but I managed to shine in both. My heart was set on sticking with customer service, so I joined Dialpad Inc as an Advanced Customer Service Representative/IT Helpdesk.
Then, at Spoused, I took on a really cool role as a Shopify Admin. I got to create some nifty processes with e-commerce and training programs that really helped our team up their game.
Life took a turn when I became a mum, and I moved into working from home. I tried all sorts – Virtual Assistant, Sales, Credit Repair, Appointment Setter – and loved the variety.
2018 was a big year for me – I dived more into the world of Customer Service again with focus on E-Commerce and Credit Repair Sales Closer. Within just six months, I was leading the pack as a Team Leader and Account Manager, working with a brilliant team of 6-7 customer service power team and handling a bunch of client accounts.
So, that's a bit about me – a mix of perseverance, adaptability, integrity, strong work ethic and a love for learning. It's been quite the journey, and I love that it's about inspiring others as much as it is about my own growth.
