I started working in the BPO industry year 2014with eperformax contact centers and BPO. I started as a customer service representative for a US based telecommunication company. Our job includes taking billing inquiries, disputes and payments, do troubleshooting over the phone, pitch new products and retain clients who wanted to cancel. After a year and 6 months. I got promoted as a Team lead in training. My role was to answer questions/inquiries of the agents - could it be about the program, how it works and best resolution to close the call. I was also in-charge of maintaining the attendance and schedule adherence of the agents and provide sanctions when needed. Take escalation/supervisor calls when the client/customer asked for one. The latest job I had was with Nationwide Health- a home based health insurance brokerage that works in all 50 states in the US as a sales representative who pre-qualifies the clients and then transfer them to senior brokers afterwards. The experiences I had equipped me to provide an excellent customer experience and It also helped me develop my organizational skills, flexibility, multitasking skills and my listening and communication skills that I consider as my greatest strength. I pay attention to what the client needs and I always make sure that they see me as a consultant with empathy not just a mere call center agent nor an answering machine. Being a good listener, I am highly effective in resolving customer's concerns with the most appropriate resolution. I am hoping to develop more skills under your supervision. I am looking forward of working with you and I would be more than happy to hear something from you. thank you and have a nice day
