Then I became as an Outbound Customer Service Representative that handles different accounts specifically Appointment Setting, Surveys, Technical Support and Sales.
I am a hardworking person and I am very dedicated to my work. I can work with less supervision and I can assure you I can get your job done quickly and effectively. I am also good in English whether written or oral. I am also skilled with Microsoft Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, etc).
Throughout the years, I have managed to hone skills that are very close to my personality such as Patience, Attentiveness, Clear communication skills, Time Management Skills, Positive Attitude, and empathy. I'm also a Goal-Oriented person, so I always make sure that I achieve good results in all the tasks that's given to me. I am willing to be trained and I am always willing to learn more about the products and services in order to provide good service to all customers.
