I had 10 years of experience handling different roles in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry. I started with Data Entry, Lead Generation and Lead Verification. Then I became as an Outbound Customer Service Representative that handles different accounts specifically Appointment Setting, Surveys, Technical Support and Sales.
I am a hardworking person and I am very dedicated to my work. I can work with less supervision and I can assure you I can get your job done quickly and effectively. I am also good in English whether written or oral. I am also skilled with Microsoft Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, etc).
