I've been in the outsourcing industry for 6years now and had an experience with dental insurance for 3 years already as a subject matter expert with one of the largest dental insurance in the company. Expert on dental benefits with specific stipulation/limitations for procedure, i'm very familiar with dental procedure and how they're gonna be covered. Expert on claims and have a wide knowledge about the process of reimbursement. I'm excel certified trainer as we are to send our reports and analysis through excel spread sheet. I also worked as a dental specialist for dental corporations in Colorado and New York with experience in dental PMS such as OpenDental, EagleSoft and Dentrix with a total of 3years experience.
