Profile Description

Right now, I'm working as an Administrative Officer at IDP Education Limited. It has been already a year of being an IELTS administrative officer and the role has been quite a tough one. I administer IELTS tests, thoroughly check every process for the test, and ensure that I uphold IDP IELTS' standards.  

I have been a content writer for RunRepeat wherein my writing skills were honed and I was able to familiarize myself and utilize keywords to optimize Google searches with our products. Also, I have been working for Felixity Developer for a year now as a content/blog writer and I write reviews for their products. 

Moreover, I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for four years in a real estate company and I had the responsibility to accommodate the clients with their concerns, provide them with what they need with regard to their queries, and saw to it that they receive utmost satisfaction. 

In my previous work, I was a tutor who taught elementary and high school students. I have strong skills in English and literature teaching. I also know how to work with various applications like MS Word, Excel, and a bit of Lightroom.

I have a positive mindset at work and will try to get anything done as soon as possible. I also am very committed to meeting deadlines and getting things done on time. I am very flexible and open to learning new things and doing things that are new to me. What I want is to have a stable and long-term job wherein I can help your business to be successful.
