Profile Description

I'm experienced with Customer Service much on the consultation side.
Been working with several BPO companies here in Cebu.
I had sales experiences as well. I was a Book consultant for Author Solutions and a Business Development Associate with Arcanys which is I was responsible to calling Companies in Australia for their software development needs and customer service needs as such as live chat support.
I worked with various International Accounts for Customer Service and Consultations.
Here are some, AT&T, TIME WARNER Cable, CITI Bank Credit Card Services, Washington Mutual Bank, and currently at TELSTRA which my responsibilities are more on the billing side for Mobiles and we do up sell for new plans as a resolution to their billing concerns.
I handled Escalations Calls as well and had worked as an interim Supervisor for Washington Mutual Bank Account for 6 months.
I can work with less supervision and I am dedicated to my job.
With the length of experience I had I can say that I am equipped with great skill acquired over the past years experiences.
I am Interested in a long term job. I want to be a part of a company which I can contribute to its growth. I firmly believe that being a part of a successful business/company lies on the front liners approach to its customers/client.
