As an adept production secretary with one year of experience, I have a well-rounded background in email handling and refined talent in sales and marketing for my work includes making and closing sales thru emails and phone transactions.  I am also in charge of the schedule of the CEO. I also worked as a sales associate in one of the biggest sporting goods companies here in our country which got me promoted as a sales supervisor for hitting ourtarget quota. I love dealing with people every day. I also have literacy in MS
Office which makes me an ideal fit for the position. I prepared our monthly
payables and receivables, invoicing, Purchase Orders, and Job Orders. Every end of the month we conducted a monthly inventory of the stocks. I have my spreadsheets and formula how to monitor the In’s And Out’s of the stocks and by the end of the month, I liquidate it. I respect the deadline and my main goal is
quality and efficiency. I am a multi-tasker. I can work on a graveyard shift also I can work under minimum supervision. Additionally, I am a proven expert in
communication and a consistent collaborator. Landing into a home-based industry, I worked as an appointment setter/virtual assistant in a private realtor in Houston, Texas. A cold calling process in which you have to call the clients to convince them to book an appointment with you. And just last year 2019 I got hired as a video editor for a YouTube Channel We downloaded and
uploaded video’s under the creative common. I researched viral videos for our channel and compiled it to come up for a documentary video. My boss asked me to manage the team of video editors. I also did a study in eCommerce. I created my free trial account in Shopify to practice and to learn the process of dropshipping. I learned how to do product listing, product sourcing, and inventories. And having an experience as a video editor, I learned product presentation.  My experience has strengthened my abilities in
leadership while my attention to detail and focus in accurancy have afforded
me excellent working skills.  I still considered myself a newbie to the  VA
world I still don’t have a huge experience but my work ethic and dedication are
my greatest edge because I am willing to explore and learn new things.
