Worked with Sun Life Financial and Upgrade to see actual info as customer service manager. Proven skills in accomplishing task at hand. Managing and leading team members in performing their daily work and projects and maintaining rapport within the team as well in working with other team to achieve company set goals.
Some of my daily task are Monitoring daily transactions, preparing reports(daily, weekly, monthly), answering to emails from VIP clients as well as Bank partners and other stakeholders.
Preparing presentation materials for
training of new employees and financial advisors. Preparing communication/business letter to employees, client and financial advisors re information drive or a formal response or letter or notification.
Keen to details, has knowledge in using CRM or similar applications. Good at using MS office such as MS word, Ms Excel and MS Power point. Good in analyzing data at hand.
Though worked with a team for quite sometime. I am also comfortable working alone. I am self motivated. Adaptable to changes, In fact that is the reason why I am looking for something out of my comfort zone. This will help me to explore and learn new skills, and environment. I believe my experience and skills acquired in a corporate world will be my advantage in helping you with your business.
