Profile Description

I have started working since 2001 as a Special Education Teacher however it only lasted for a few months as it was not able to support me and my family Upgrade to see actual info was after a year when i decided to work in the BPO industry where i became a part of an Outbound sales team.
The experience i had with my first BPO company has honed my sales and communication skills making me successful in the said Upgrade to see actual info was from there where i learned how to do admin tasks, reporting, etc.
I decided to look for a greener pasture 2 years after which led me to a more challenging role as a Sales Specialist for an imaging company.
I looked for my own leads and do outbound calls to sell them toners and cartridges that their company may need.
Bulk of my experience basically lies on Customer Service and Client Relationship Management.
I have worked mainly with North America Customers and Australians.
Since i became a Team Leader, most of my tasks were day-to-day functional supervision of work group, provide input into selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisal of my team, use developed communication skills to participate in recruiting efforts, attend calibration sessions, participate in conference calls, etc, deliver client service level agreements and KPIs, create and publish reports detailing all aspects of team performance and provide professional customer service by providing positive leadership ensuring resolution and world class customer service, cultivating a service-oriented environment, using effective communication skills and resolving all complaints, concerns and issues in a timely and diplomatic manner.
Though my skills revolve mainly on the BPO industry, i am very much confident that the skills and experiences i have can be tapped to contribute to your philosophy of service in your company.
I have always been advocate for learning and will never hesitate to welcome new tasks that will further hone my skills and will be an advantage for me to grow as a person.
