More than 15 years of experience working in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry has greatly contributed to my personal and professional growth. As a customer service professional, I always need to give my best, however, there are times when customers' expectations of the products or services are not met so creating a positive experience for them is always an utmost consideration by providing prompt resolution to their issues and concerns and sometimes setting proper expectations in resolving them. Sometimes it's not what we say but rather how we say things or how we deliver critical information to the customer that would have an impact on the customer experience with products or services of the company they are dealing with.
