Profile Description

I've been a general e-commerce VA for over a decade. I have handled multiple tasks across various e-commerce sites, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Sears, Upgrade to see actual info, Shopify, and Facebook. While I manage numerous responsibilities, my primary focus is ensuring that all those accounts are in good health and have no issues, particularly on Amazon.
Typically, my tasks involve creating listings, responding to emails, updating inventories (across all the e-commerce accounts mentioned above), representing AZ cases, proving manual RMA, fixing listings like suppressed listings, fixing enhancement and alert, listing quality dashboards, listing optimization, creating advertising using coupons and promotions, posting for Amazon, creating Basic A+ Content, confirm shipments (manual and bulk), fix prices and other administrative tasks my employer throws at me.
Although I don't see myself as an expert on those e-commerce sites, I believe my eagerness to deliver the promised results helps me perform well in my job. I am passionate about my work and am a hardworking, trustworthy person. I can multitask and work with minimal supervision. I'm eager to learn new things and expand my knowledge.
