Profile Description

In my previous job, I worked as a Virtual Assistant in a back office company that provides great services for Financial Planners. The tasks that I handled were data entry, call handling, updating client information in CRM considering the accuracy of details entered into XPLAN, and most of all adhering to the confidentiality and privacy of the client's personal information.

Experienced working as VA for a short period of time where I answered customer emails, created orders, and processed them in Trello.

I am currently working as a customer service representative where my tasks are answering customer inquiries/comments on Facebook and emails, processing orders in Shopify, update their status.

I am looking for a part-time to full-time job where I can spend my time, skills, and knowledge that I have acquired which I can also enhance and be able to progress as an individual in my future career.
