Profile Description

I worked as a Senior Agent in an e-commerce company that handles several online stores. My role as both chat and email support agent thought me how to handle different customer concerns from product inquiry, order status, replacement and/or refund. Both post provided me with customer centric approach leading the company to a more customer service centered provider.
I was able to navigate and master different drop-shipping tools like Shopify, Ship Station, Zendesk, PayPal and Stripe. I am knowledgeable on answering negative reviews that can be turned in to positive one as well as give response on Paypal and Stripe disputes and win a cases. Also lucky to explore different Microsoft office applications and google sheets.
I want to be in a company that can help me become a better customer service representative or can give an opportunity to showcase and develop my skills.
