I have 8 years of work experience in Human Resource Shared Services field catering to clients and stakeholders offshore. I started working as a US Recruiter doing end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, paper screening, phone interview, etc. I am currently working as HRS Supervisor leading employees responsible for phone screening, onboarding, offer creation, and customer contact center.
I am a hard working person and always strive to give my best in everything I do. I am very willing to be trained and learn new things. Currently, I'm working full time (night shift) and I am seeking for a Part Time job. Working hours are flexible for me.
