My career began in 2015 as a Sales Associate, where I handled billing inquiries, service activations, and network troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction. From 2016 to 2018, I worked as a Customer Service Consultant, managing membership-related concerns, cancellations, and billing issues while handling sensitive safety cases with care and precision.
In 2018, I took on a role as an Order Placer, where I excelled at ensuring customer orders were accurately processed over the phone. By 2021, I advanced to a Quality Associate role, spending over two years monitoring and auditing cases to ensure adherence to quality standards, while also providing detailed reporting to clients.
Most recently, I’ve expanded my skill set as a Real Estate Telemarketer and a Data Entry Itemizer. In these roles, I managed client lists, identified leads, ensured payment accuracy, organized data, and uploaded it into systems with attention to detail.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong ability to adapt, problem-solve, and consistently deliver exceptional results. I’m eager to bring this experience, dedication, and passion to new opportunities.
