Profile Description

I am currently working as NodeJS javascript/typescript developer using postgreSQL as DB. I maintain GCP infrastructure on kubernetes and docker. I also have some experience with AWS. One of the exciting project I was involved with was developing AI chatbots using these technologies.

I started out as a VB programmer and been doing that for 5 years and become a team lead for two years. I helped in developing one of their flagship application to make it run in a client-server setup. The system was developed using VB, MSAccess, C++, and Lingo. I also helped in customer facing and maintenance of the system. Then I moved into PHP development for 2 years. I have also worked as a front-end developer using javascript, xhtml, css for a huge banking company for two years.
In 2012 I was hired as the manager and a senior software engineer for a US company. I helped in establishing an IT team, managing the team and making sure they have what they need to function properly. During that time I also do some programming tasks as a senior software engineer. I was involved in a team that developed one of their testing platform. I was with them for 2 years.

After that I have been working remotely for my US and AU clients. I worked with small business from Utah and help them developed one of their sites using prestashop and PHP. I also worked with other US and AU companies developing and managing their site and in-house system using C# or PHP. Also did some server management.
My latest engagement was as a software developer and tech co-founder of a non-profit organization. I help in developing, maintaining and managing the server. At the same time helped in decision making related to our tech stack that we are using and planned to use in the future. During that time I also do some side projects using Golang, Reactjs, Swift, and PHP Laravel which ran on AWS and google app engine.
I can work alone remotely with minimal direction. I can figure things out myself whenever possible. And I am looking for long-term, stable engagement where I can help the team move forward and eventually help the business succeed.
