As a seasoned HR, I have experience working as a recruiter for 6 years and 4 years as HR Officer/Supervisor. As a recruiter, my job is to identify job vacancy in each department, meeting with hiring manager to meet specific job requirements that they are looking for, job posting in Social Media platform, Job Portal such as Linkedin, Mynimo, Upgrade to see actual info, Indeed, and attending Job fair from Government, schools and other activities for recruitment. As a recruiter, I do the initial interview, endorse candidates  for 2nd/Final Interview, i also do salary negotiation, make Job offer / Employment Contract, collection and verifying their submitted requirements and conduct new hire orientation. Part of being a recruiter is to submit a weekly recruitment report, which identifies the timeline of the hiring, what is the position that is closed and position that is open. Part of the recruitment is to create new hire data and send it to the HR Timekeeping and Benefits.
As an HR Officer/Supervisor, my job is to monitor the Recruitment, Timekeeping, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Evaluation, Training and Engagement of the company. I made  sure that all HR Functions and Protocols are in accordance with the DOLE Standard. For the recruitment, i oversee my HR Recruitment Staff in hiring and deployment while assisting doing end to end recruitment. For Timekeeping, we have 2 types of timekeeping (weekly and Bi Monthly timekeeping) I oversee the printing/Downloading of DTRs to payroll system, i scrutinized and pre approved Overtime Request, and Leave Request. For compensation and benefits, I oversee the encoding of the Statutory Benefits to the Benefits portal such as (SSS, PHIC and Pagibig) always made sure that the employees movement (New Hire and Separated) are adjusted in the system. For Employee Relations, I accept IUpgrade to see actual info report coming from different department, issue Notice to Explain according to the received IUpgrade to see actual info Report, set administrative hearing for erring employees (Twin Notice Rule) and collaborate with Legal (Attorney) for the Notice of Decision and serve it to that employee if Notice of decision is available for at least (1-2 weeks timeline). For the Performance evaluation, I do the collection of the Quarterly Performance evaluation result, monitor them every quarter, discuss to employees the result of their quarterly performance and discussing them what makes them ineffective and to be more effective by setting goals and commitments. For the training, I scout traning provider depending on what kind of training the employees need, I make HR Calendar specifying when to when will there be this kind of training, for refresher orientation of the company policy, it is set every January-February of the year so it will be a fresh start to do the calendar year. For Engagement, I also prepare and scouting in collaboration with other department with regards to what they want to do for summer outing, Christmas Party and Teambuilding. As an HR officer, make day-to-day decisions in the department, directly reporting to the COO and CFO of the company..
