I've been in the BPO industry for 6 years. I have been working as a Customer Service Representative and Subject Matter Expert.  

I am experienced in providing functional support for resolution of customer problems, iUpgrade to see actual info, issues, requests and queries. 

Also,  I have an experienced#, provide training bond for trainees and process a purchase orders. 

I ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all iUpgrade to see actual info. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact.

I also have experience in events planning. I love planning an event for my family and relatives.  I am also a freelance business owner for a photobooth and dessert buffet.  

I also manage the social media accounts such as FB page and Instagram account for my business photobooth and dessert buffet.  I am one of the admins who focuses on answering all the queries of our clients. And for our photobooth business,  I assigned doing the layouts and editing photos.
