Profile Description

I'm Klav, and I've been working as a freelancer for more than 5 years already. I used to work as a paralegal/legal researcher in law firms and in a corporate legal department for more than 5 years. I am keen to details, assertive, organized, and strategic when it comes to my tasks.
For my background, I have experience on research and drafting of legal documents subject to the review of supervising Upgrade to see actual info terms of academic research, I have conducted comparative quantitative and qualitative studies on local development and policy review on procurement policies of a state university here in the Philippines. 
My present work revolves around management of e-commerce stores. I have experience managing a dropshipping, non-dropshipping, and crowdfunding-based store. My present tasks includes customer relations via emails (e.g. gmail and zendesk), social media management, lead generation, team management, market research, and other tasks revolving around e-commerce operations as instructed by my clients.
I am also a part-time ESL (English as Second Language) teacher to Chinese students, with TESOL eligibility. 
I am confident that I can establish good coordination with people, as I did with my teammates, colleagues, clients, and government agencies through phone calls, e-mails, personal discussions, letters, etc. I hope my experience can add another perspective to your desired output.
