• List products on Amazon (FBM & FBA), including creating parent-child variations, product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and search keywords. Utilize Add a Product or Amazon Flat Files for bulk listing. Optimize for SEO and enhance product images with Adobe Photoshop.

• Keep pricing and quantity updated using Inventory Loader Template and monitor MAP Prices.

• Manage various Amazon reports, including inventory health, active/inactive listings, inventory reports, and listings under suppression and quality alerts.

• Address listing issues such as duplicate ASINs, suppressed or restricted listings, incorrect images, hazmat items, price alerts, and incomplete listings.

• Handle account health concerns like suspected intellectual property violations, received complaints, authenticity and condition issues, listing policy violations, and product safety matters.

• Utilize product research tools like Helium 10 and Jungle Scout for market analysis.
