I have nearly 7 years of experience in the BPO industry, primarily handling non-voice accounts. In my previous role, I worked as a chat support representative for Verizon, where I managed customer inquiries, complaints, refunds, payments, sales, and basic technical troubleshooting. I was recognized as a top agent for delivering outstanding customer service.
I have also worked in email support, as a fraud analyst, and performed various administrative tasks. I am a quick learner who thrives on challenges and is always eager to expand my skillset. Recently, I have been enhancing my graphic design abilities through online courses like Canva.My current workspace is ideal for working remotely. My primary workstation is a dependable desktop and I also have a backup laptop. I have a 100mbps internet connection with backup mobile data an prepaid Wi-Fi. I also have a backup UPS to protect against power interruption. 

I am a quick learner, eager for training, and seeking a long-term role where I can grow and contribute effectively.
