Worked for an Online e-Commerce Retail Store that sells men's products. Handled mostly the whole website. Responsible for the look and total layout of the website. Knows CSS and HTML. Did website optimization for load Upgrade to see actual infotablished Brand + Marketing, Creating and Executing Newsletters via Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo, Sourcing Products (Cross-platform) and importing to Shopify. Creates product titles and descriptions, minimal editing of photos. Also made and distributed Marketing Kits. Lastly, fulfilled orders, customer service, and reached out to numerous websites as potential partners for sales.

Past Experience/s:

My first job was a Relay/Chat Operator for a US Company. I've worked there for 2 years doing Customer Service, and assisting hearing impaired clients. My average typing speed is at 85 WPM. 

My main work is focused on Sales and Marketing. I've created a Sales Plan and a Marketing Plan for El Dia General Merchandise (EDL Group of Companies, a startup company that has been established last 2014. I am knowledgeable with Sales, Marketing and in Customer Service. I am proficient with MS Office Applications, and with SAP. I have worked in different industries; Food, Manufacturing, Specialty Products, and in the IT Industry as Sales and Marketing.

I am a critical thinker, and can manage to work under pressure. I aim for a long-term job that fits my expertise, to contribute effectively to the company's operations.
