I am a college graduate with a degree of Bachelor in Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management and I have been working on a Call Center or BPO industry for 7 years. I've been working as CSR or Customer Service Representative where I assist what the customer needs, I also experienced working as a Data Entry where our job is to compare weather the address that the client give us is accurate in google maps. I also experience working as a Financial Advisor in Citibank for 6 months and lastly I was a Upgrade to see actual infol Time Analyst Workforce where we monitor every agent in different market if they hit the qouta we also call out agents who have high aht or what we called Average Handle Time. I am good in assisting customer through call or chat, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me.I am knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Excellent written communication skills, internet research, can type 50 wpm, can work with minimal supervision, resourceful and exercise initiative.
