I love helping customers on the phone. I began my career as a sales representative for eight different brands last 2010. By taking their orders over the phone, I managed to practice my phone skills such as: answering the phone in a gallant way, delivering the opening and closing spiel with passion and pride, and using positive language toward our valued customers.
After several months, I accepted the challenge as a customer service representative. What I learned from this position was the feeling of satisfaction when you helped customers to resolve their issues with the product, by providing the best solution as fast as possible. I was able to handle different types of customer persona (e.g. happy, neutral, demanding, and irate) by giving excellent service in handling their request. I learned a lot, especially in processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and credits and we even provide them with the real-time status of their order. That was an awesome experience.
As the world continues to turn and so was my desire to progress in this business, I entered another field which is technical support. I’m proud to say that I am part of the biggest cable network in the world (AT&T/DIRECTV). Troubleshooting the equipment over the phone is not an easy task. Our goal is to help our valued customers with the step-by-step process on how to fix the issue using different tools (e.g CRM & Salesforce) platform and set up an appointment schedule for technician dispatch if needed, answering queries if they have billing issues, and educate them to take advantage of the digital adoption such as, how to manage their online account, pay their bills online and etc.
During my spare time I usually watch movies, (any genre), hang out with friends, swim, trek, indoor and outdoor games, and I also like playing online games such as Dota 2 and mobile games. I believe that being healthy both physically and mentally plays a vital role for you to become successful and globally competitive in this fast pace world.
