Property Management | Maintenance Coordinator
- I have expanded my expertise and am currently learning about property management. My most recent job is with Poplar Homes, a similar Property Management Company. I worked as a Maintenance Coordination Specialist for at least 6 months. My main task is to handle maintenance requests from tenants about the rental property. I coordinate with tenants to verify and troubleshoot the raised concern. I coordinate with our In-home techs as well as 3rd party Vendors to assist us in fixing the concerns raised by our tenants. I am also tasked to check on the lease agreement to see whether the maintenance request is covered by the property owner or the tenant.
SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT - Becoming the go-to source for questions and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. - Monitor and provide real-time support to agents to ensure quality is upheld and issues are resolved promptly.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- Handle customer concerns via phone and provide real-time solutions such as bill explanation/correction, service ticket creation, case escalation, and service orders.- Offer services based on customer needs and present them as a solution to prevent future problems.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE- Handle computer networking issues over the phone and provide real-time solutions.
- Offer solutions by recommending the right product to improve their networking needs.- Provide real-time solutions over the phone. If the issue isn't resolved on the call, set up an appointment for an on-site visit.
