I've been working for almost 10 years in the BPO settings. I've worked with only 3 different call center companies, one of which is Concentrix previously Convergys where I've been molded with providing excellent customer service and technical support for internet and cable service in the us.
I was a Market Researcher for 3 years, where my job is calling respondents to answer surveys for political and products and services. Lastly, I was also a lead generation and appointment setter for 6 years, with variety of projects such as home improvement, and educational assistance and services.
Back in 2018, I also had the chance working from home as Virtual Administrative Support, Lead Research, Facebook Page Management, and Social Media Management.
Honestly, there aren't many tools I am good at that you may require to support your business, but I assure you I am trainable, fast learner, easy to work with and high respect to my colleagues. I won't give you headache!
