As a seasoned freight broker, I have spent years developing strong relationships with carriers, shippers, and other industry professionals. With my expertise in logistics and transportation, I am dedicated to finding the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for my clients. Whether it's a one-time shipment or a recurring contract, I am committed to providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with my clients. I have extensive knowledge of the transportation industry, including freight regulations and compliance, strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with carriers and shippers. I am proficient in logistics software and technology, including TMS systems and load boards and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected issues and resolve conflicts quickly. Moreover, my scope of experience in trucking does not limit only in freight dispatching. I can handle truck dispatching as well. I can dispatch dry van, flatbed, step deck, box truck and hotshot (car haulers). As a truck dispatcher I have multiple responsibilities such as: coordinating logistics and dispatching trucks to meet customer needs, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency through optimized route planning and load consolidation, building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, monitoring shipments in real-time to ensure timely delivery and providing regular updates to customers and carriers on shipment status and any issues that may arise.
