I am Upgrade to see actual info, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. I am a professional and dedicated freelancer who specializes in Customer Support and Administrative Assistance. I was in Customer Service for about 12 years. I worked in a leading BPO industry for 5 years and was able to hone my skills. I have varied experience in Sales, Technical, Quality, Escalations, and Support Management. 
After 5 years in BPO, I started Freelancing in 2015. In over 5 years of experience in freelancing, I have worked with different clients in the fields of Recruitment, FB/ Google Ads management, E-commerce: (Shopify Fulfillment, Dropshipping, and Customer Service), and Cryptocurrency.
I also worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO of a Singpore-based Ad Agency owner. 
I am a dependable and hard-working freelancer and make sure I get the job done. I am self-sufficient and always looking for ways to learn and improve. Though I strive to have the best working environment, I can always work under pressure.
