- Graphic Design & Photo Editing: I can design business or brand logos, banners, and covers, as well as perform photo manipulation, filtering, and restoration.

- Computer Hardware and Software Services: I am proficient in troubleshooting and assembling computer hardware, as well as creating and troubleshooting software. I can also provide recommendations for hardware specifications for workstations, gaming rigs, and servers.

- Virtual Assistance: I am currently working as a VA for DAP LLC, a California-based company. In this role, I monitor and maintain hardware, virtual machines, cameras, and properties, as well as provide customer support.


Experience:

- Worked for Saint Joseph Institute of Technology as an IT-Staff/Tech-support, handling both IT-related and non-IT related tasks. Completed 54 hours a week working on various tasks such as software/hardware troubleshooting on computers, building programs, creating multimedia designs such as banners and coupons, photo editing, video editing, and encoding paperwork.

- Worked as a Regional Drug Price Monitoring Officer for DOH, I served as the admin for the Electronic Drug Price Monitoring System (EDPMS). My workflow included handling user support, training new users on the EDPMS, and troubleshooting any issues they encountered. I was responsible for monitoring and verifying drug price changes through the EDPMS, and providing reports to the office regarding any changes in drug prices. Additionally, I provided important updates to the EDPMS Users to ensure the system was running at all times at their end, and worked on technical support for the office, maintaining and upgrading the system as necessary.

- Worked as a IT & Security Specialist for DAP Props LLC, a California, USA based company, I do monitoring and maintaining hardware remotely, setup virtual machines, cameras, and do monitoring on properties, as well as providing customer support and administrative functions.
