i worked in BPO industry for quite awhile. I was with AT & T billing and sales department for almost three years. We deal with customers who wanted to have cable, internet and phone service . Basically we're dealing our customers who has questions about their bills, wanted to have their service moved with them to their new address, setting technicians visit and
customers who wanted to have better package/service.
I can say that in the beginning of my BPO carrer, it wasn't easy as peeling peanuts, Ive shed tears, receives thousands of insult for knowing nothing. However those things, molded to become better not to prove to them that they were
wrong but to prove to myself that I am capable of doing things i thought i cannot do.
BEen awarded several times, been given certificates by the clients for a job well done, been receiving gift checks for hitting the target.
