I've worked for two of the leading BPOs in the country. First, with Convergys as a Non-contingency collections representative and a Fraud Prevention Specialist both under the same financial account. Then, in a current time I'm part of a large TelCo company based in US but has multiple associates in the Philippines. I am a Service and Sales specialist and my tasks revolves in taking care of customer's concern and resolved in a timely manner. On the side, I find time to do extra jobs like writings for resume, business, cover letters and even lyrics writing. On top of that, I also landed a job in online English teaching where I do one-on-one teaching to students abroad whom are mostly Japanese.
