Acquisition and Lead Manager

As a Lead Manager I was responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lead generation and nurturing process, ensuring that potential clients are engaged, tracked, and converted into actual buyers and sellers. This role is crucial in streamlining sales operations, improving conversion rates, and driving business growth in real estate. Key Responsibilities & Skills: Lead Generation: Identifying and sourcing potential leads from various channels such as websites, social media, real estate portals, referrals, and offline events. Lead Qualification: Assessing and prioritizing leads based on their level of interest, readiness to buy or sell, and budget. Overall Basic 4 pillar requirements is a must. CRM Management: Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to organize and track leads, monitor interactions, schedule follow-ups, and maintain detailed client profiles. CRM tools help ensure no lead is forgotten or overlooked. (PODIO and CLOSE) Lead Nurturing: Engaging leads through regular communication (emails, phone calls, SMS, or personalized messages) to keep them informed, answer queries, and build trust over time. This process moves leads through the sales funnel. Follow-ups & Conversion: Proactively following up with leads who have shown interest but haven’t yet committed, using tailored messaging to close the deal. This may involve setting appointments for property viewings or offering incentives. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring lead performance and conversion metrics to analyze what strategies are most effective, and adjusting marketing and sales tactics accordingly. Team Coordination: Working closely with marketing teams and other departments to ensure smooth communication and that leads are passed on in a timely and organized manner. Core Skills and best practices: -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems (PODIO, CLOSE and google sheets for tracking) -Time management and organization (SMS/Cold calling campaign and Pre-foreclosure niche) -Analytical mindset for tracking and improving lead conversion -Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, persistent approach (Never settle a NO for a response)
