Profile Description

Throughout my 7 years of fruitful experience in accounting, I have developed practical expertise in various areas, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting. I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of industries, spanning from small and medium-sized companies to large corporations.

In my role in Accounts Payable, I have effectively managed supplier invoices,
ensuring accurate entry and reconciliation of suppliers' accounts.
Additionally, I have been responsible for timely and accurate payment processing, implementing a thorough review and reconciliation process for cash advances.

Within General Accounting, I have successfully prepared monthly financial reports and actively contributed to the month-end close process. This included handling accruals, journal entries, inventory adjustments, and account reconciliations.
I also took charge of tax return preparation and the remittance of monthly contributions and taxes. Additionally, I conducted analyses of general ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy of recorded transactions and supported the semi-monthly payroll processing by validating time entries.

In the realm of Accounts Receivable, my responsibilities encompassed tasks such as
invoicing, collecting payments, and monitoring and reconciling customer accounts, including intercompany transactions. Furthermore, I took charge of the monthly reconciliation of bank accounts.
