By way of introduction, I am Rejina M. Tarnate, a CPA from the Philippines who is an expert in Finance and Accounting, Xero Certified Advisor and have various experience doing financial services work for various clients across the globe. Those job includes bookkeeping using various software such as Quickbooks, Xero and MYOB, setting up account on an existing accounting system, budgeting, financial planning and forecasting. I am also knowledgeable in BAS/IAS/ITR preparation and lodgement.
I am a Xero Certified Advisor, have solid working knowledge of Xero. I can do an all around task in Xero such as banking, invoice and bills management and payroll. I also handle general ledger accounting in Xero which the general responsibilities are making sure that all accounts are correct and making adjusting entries if necessary. I'm also expert in financial and management reporting which includes preparation of financial statements on year-end for filing purposes and preparation of monthly report packs for management to give update on the financial status, financial performance and current status of the books in Xero.
I have experience doing bookkeeping and accounting for Australian businesses and have solid familiarity with business activity statements, payg and payw. I can help you in weekly reconciliation of bank accounts as well as other accounts in Xero. I can also provide management account and financial reports (in excel through the information in Xero or other format you prefer) that consists of various information regarding financial performance and financial status of your superannuation funds.
I worked with a lot of Small and Medium businesses. My work with them includes cleaning up their books, maintaining the banking, invoicing, receipts and bills for bookkeeping and accounting of the financial transactions, preparation of tax reports, helping in preparation of working papers for tax return, and providing management reports and report pack.
