-Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero and NetSuite.

-Clean up and catch up
-Bank, credit card and payment chUpgrade to see actual infoel reconciliation
-Oversee cash management, accounts receivable management, accounts payable management, and treasury functions.
-Communicate with suppliers and customers for invoicing and outstanding balances.
-Review employee timesheets, payroll computation, processing and payment.
-Conduct GL review and perform monthly, quarterly, and Upgrade to see actual infoual closing.

-Monitor performance against budget, providing variance analysis and identifying trends.

-Communicate with the external accountant and ensure compliance with IRS tax policies.

Amazon, Shopify, Ebay, Michaels, Etsy, TikTok, A2X, Finale, Chase, Capital One, Paypal, Stripe, Amex, Wise, Clickup, Slack, Google Suite, MS Excel (VBA, Pivot, Vlookup) and Drake Tax.
