Profile Description

I recently worked with Versatel Marketing for one year and 7 months as a Lead Generation Specialist.  I handled both inbound and outbound calls using an automatic dialer.  The head quarter is located in Fort Lauderdale and has a national presence and works in all 50 states.    

I also worked as a Real Estate Appointment Setter where I made calls and set up appointment to Attorneys in the U.S. for any foreclosed properties that are for sale. 

Now with regards to BPO companies, I worked with Comcast as a Customer Service Representative for almost 3 years.

I also worked with  Timewarner Cable as a Technical Support Representative for internet. We do upsell customer's services for higher speed. 

And lastly, I worked with Telstra as a Technical Support Representative for both cable and internet services for 3 years.  

I am proficient both in written and oral English and can work under pressure.
I am self-motivated to do things that needs to be done and complete task even in a challenging situation.
