I can say I have been well trained in the field of Customer Service. My years of experience proved that I am reliable and trustworthy enough to my team, my team leader and the companies I have worked with.
Being a fraud analyst is very crucial and for me, the highest form of customer service I have handled so far, the decision of having an order go through
and reaching the customer, making sure that it is not by any means related to other accounts or fraudulent activities. You have to be keen to details and must have good decision making skills. You must also be firm in your decisions.
From being a fraud analyst
With these experiences, I was able to develop my customer service, data entry, analytical skills and reasoning. I am good at gathering information, prioritization, time management. I am hard working, a fast learner and able to meet deadlines. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office and have tried and used Zendesk. I am able to complete tasks with less or minimum supervision. I would like to contribute and share my knowledge to your good company that I'd love to work with soon.
