I am hardworking and passionate Customer Support Representative looking for a full-time job where I can put my qualifications and skills. I have excellent customer service and Admin roles mainly in E-commerce Business, specifically in Shopify.
My effective communication skills, work ethic, and my strong and passionate service skills and also, my sound knowledge of Customer Care/Support/Service gained from work experience and educational training have always enabled me to fulfil the demand of being an effective Customer Service Representative.
I also have a brief experience working as an Admin Assistant in an E-commerce business doing Orders Fulfillment, Content Management, Social Media Handling and handling refunds, replacements, charge-backs and invoice statement if requested. I have also worked as a Quality Assurance Assistant in a Web Developing Firm.
Moving forward, I am sociable and open which allows me to develop a good interpersonal relationship with co-workers and enjoys working in a team environment.
