Profile Description

I've been in the customer service industry since 2011, and quite developed a skill for making sure the clients get the assistance they need. In between those years, I have managed to handle a lot of campaigns for telecom companies, hotel reservation websites, and a worldwide car booking company. I also had the chance to be part of the training team as a Subject Matter Expert who trained new employees and mold their skills to be topnotch customer service experts.
Aside from being a customer service representative, I was also a radio jock of Rakista Radio, an online radio based in the Philippines, for almost 4 years. During my stint, I was able to learn how to operate radio casting software. I also wrote blogs for the radio's website - covering local underground bands to international acts.
I can safely say I've been to different fields but still eager to learn new skills and acquire additional knowledge. I work well under pressure and without supervision, but open to feedback and constructive criticism as it would help me do my job better.
At the moment, I'm currently looking for a long-term and stable job where I can maximize my skills.
