As Customer Service Representative my role is to assist our customers and provide a good impression for our company. My goal every day is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. My main task is to handle complaints via email, chargeback cases, facebook negative reviews, chat, or social media and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. I will help our company to develop strong relationships with our customers. I can work also for multiple stores. As a customer representative, it is very important to take care of the relationship of the company you represent to the customer, a friendly approach and polite attitude are needed. I work as a customer support manager for 4 years and can manage a team and meet deadlines and achieve sales goals. I received training also as a blog writer, amazon listing, copywriting, processing EIN to the IRS, an order taker, and fulfilling orders in amazon and another international fulfillment center. I can also find great Alibaba suppliers that can bring you rock star products for your business. I take sacredly my work and give priority to it. I am a mother of 3 but I can still work remotely and fulfill the work needed.
