I have worked as a Virtual Assistant at a Health and Wellness/Coaching company where my daily job includes:
1. managing of Facebook Business Page as an Admin
2. managing sales via Facebook Business Page and Instagram Business Account
3. responding to chats
4. reply to comments
5. booking calls/setting up appointments
6. creating social media content using Canva
7. updating client information in CRM
8. supporting daily operational and administrative function with data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Aside from my experience as a Virtual Assistant, I have almost 5 years of experience in a BPO company where I was able to join two large companies: 1. Amazon (Retail account) - email support, validate customer's order, process order replacement or refund, process VIP (loyalty) Membership, and track delivery status or location of the package. 2. Comcast - assistance for payments, bill review, selling of partner products (Data, Phone, Home Security, Etc.), and reviewing customer’s activities to identify opportunities for possible upsell of cable packages.

And I have been also a Sales/Account Executive for Advertising/Broadcasting where my daily job includes: identifying possible clients, presenting/making an offer for media advertisements (TV/Radio), and customer follow-ups.

I have also experience working for a Cargo Forwarder where I would manage inventory, schedule delivery, and staffing, tracking the delivery, customer follow-ups, and preparing the client's billing statement.

And being a Lead Generator where I would extract/mine data asked by the client and prepare results in Microsoft Excel.

My experience in both customer-faced and offline jobs has helped me to become competitive in terms of meeting customer satisfaction, meeting quotas and deadlines, and most of all being able to work under pressure.
