I worked as a Customer Service Associate for more than 10 years handling US Telco accounts, some financial related account, e-commerce and healthcare. I handled inbound calls for 8 years and 1 year as Chat support Upgrade to see actual info was not just a typical customer service task, it also includes technical support and sales marketing. I am vastly trained in different techniques how to establish rapport, make sales, get new customers, customer retention and delivering exceptional customer support.
I always work hard to go beyond to task given to me. I love making my customer a happy camper all the time that is why I would love to know more about your task so I can give them an exceptional service.
