Providing good customer service is already a natural character in me, willingness to help with sincerity and integrity is being shown in every conversations taken. I've enjoyed and had so much fun interacting with cx- helping them with their concerns making sure to provide a good resolution and in return full satisfaction is being experienced. I have good communication skills that contributes a lot for this kind of jobs. Good time management as well is one of my forte, since I've been helping regular agents fresh from training in case they have difficulties with their customers. Tasks were also given, End of Day Reports are being emailed to managers/clients - showing them the performance of each team on CSAT, Sales, Dispatch, etc. Follow ups on escalation tickets are also emailed directly to clients. I have knowledge on MS Office like Word, Excel, extracting numbers from emailed report , Google and IE etc.
I am full of self-initiative, hardworking, self-starter with a can do attitude; quick to learn with good interpersonal relationship with clients; enthusiastic and energetic.
