Profile Description

Hi
there,

I'm
Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info, I am a virtual assistant! I have been working as a VA for over 4
years now, helping clients with tasks ranging from managing emails, and setting
appointments to handling clients through Chat, email, and call. I did this
before as a part-time and then when the pandemic came, I dUpgrade to see actual info to go on full-time
so I could take care of my family while working from home. My experience has
allowed me to adapt to various industries like Virtual Assistant Agency,
Construction, Software companies, and clients and learn the ropes quickly.

Recently,
I was an estimating coordinator/executive virtual assistant in a signage
construction company based in Pennsylvania,
Philadelphia USA. My tasks mainly revolved around scheduling projects and communicating
with clients over the phone and email. I also validated new bids and
quotations, sent proposals, coordinated external and internal resources, and
managed project progress while coordinating with estimators and designers. It
was my responsibility to ensure that projects meet deadlines and stay within
the set costs. Additionally, I managed relationships with general contractors,
sales reps, and sub-contractors (including installers) and created and signed
off change orders while booking the signed project proposal. Lastly, I oversaw
incoming and outgoing project documentation.

Over the
course of my career in recruitment, I have gained valuable experience in
identifying and attracting top-tier healthcare professionals. My background
includes roles recruited for RN, VLN/LPN, MHT, Phlebotomist, Covid Tester, CNA,
and Respiratory Technician, which I believe aligns well with the requirements
of the Medical Recruiter role. Worked alongside Human Resources and Clinical
leadership in the development and facilitation of recruitment and staffing
strategies

I am also an experienced individual with a
background in customer service for 7 years. Serving various companies like
Google Cloud, United Parcel Services, and Barnes and Noble.  I have also
done some freelancing work as a headhunter, sourcing specialist, and
appointment setter.

As
for my skills, I am well-versed in software applications like Smartsheets,
Google Workspace, Applicant Tracking Systems like Bullhorn, Jobin and Team
Tailor, CRM and Salesforce. I’m also very familiar with project management
tools like Trello. To stay updated and competitive, I have attended several
training sessions with previous Australian, German, African and American
clients.

So,
for the questions. What sets me apart from other applicants? Well, apart from
my diverse skill set and experience, I believe it's my ability to connect with
clients on a personal level and understand their unique needs. I always strive
to provide the best possible support to help them achieve their goals

I
look forward to working with you guys and learning new things from your
company. If you have any questions or need assistance, just let me know.

Best
regards,
