Setting up of Xero or QuickBooks account
-Customized Chart of Accounts
-Importing of bank and other transactions to the software
-Customized reporting
Daily bookkeeping:
-Enter all daily transactions into accounting software.
-Track daily cash flow, including cash received and spent.
-Enter all bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
-Reconcile daily bank transactions with the internal records to ensure accuracy.
-Track inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts.
-Update inventory records for sales, purchases, and returns.
-Record all sales transactions and issue invoices to customers.
-Enter all purchase transactions, including supplies, inventory, and services; enter vendor bills and expenses.
-Record payments received from customers.
-Categorize expenses and attach corresponding receipts.
-Follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely collection.
-Monitor and track due dates to ensure timely payments.
-Maintain organized and accessible files for all financial documents.
-Ensure the software is updated with the latest financial data.
-Generate daily financial reports, such as cash flow reports and sales summaries.
-Review reports for any discrepancies or unusual activities.
-Communicate with clients, vendors, and employees regarding financial transactions.
-Address any financial queries or issues that arise.
-Regularly back up financial data to ensure data security and integrity.
