I am hard working, goal-oriented and reliable person with more than 14 years experience in providing high-quality customer service to U.S. based clients.
I worked as a Customer Service Associate for a year and got promoted to a supervisor post which I handled for 13 years for different programs such as billing, technical support and retail. While working on a BPO, I had a part time job as a freelancer wherein I do data entry and data mining.
I am superb in doing multitasking, you will find that I am extremely fast learner and highly adaptable to the demands of a new workplace. I am excellent in establishing rapport with my clients, with high quality and efficient support given. I have had to learn a new number of skills at my previous company, often in a self directed capacity. I expect to hit the ground running in any new job.
I am very much willing to learn new tasks and can do training if needed. Looking forward into more jobs or careers.
