My key role as a Human Resources - Recruitment & Generalist is in finding, training, and retaining the right people for the organization. I'm confident that I have all the necessary skills to connect with employees and make difficult decisions for the organization on a daily basis.
Below are a few of my many responsibilities:
1. Creating, posting, and managing job posts to different US-based job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, SnagAJob, and Craigslist.
2. Sourcing applicants, and creating
3. Reviewing applicant resumes and applications. Conduct screening calls, and virtual interviews.
4. Conduct background checks, and determine suitable salaries and remuneration.
5. Developing onboarding processes and training materials.
6. Oversee the day-to-day activities of employees.
7. Manage the employee life cycle and support employee opportunities for professional development.
8. Manage all aspects of the SOP document control and approval system and processes. Assist internal team and partners to document processes, developing flowcharts, and drafting SOPs.
9. Monitoring and managing Accounts Receivable files, making sure that collection of payments is up to date.
10. Assists the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable in entering bills, invoices, and bank reconciliation.
