Here's why you'd want me on your team. I have been in the BPO industry for at at least 8 years. I am willing and can be trained in minimal supervision. Very flexible and dedicated to my work. I have handled Technical, Customer Service and even Collections and Sales. Handled inbound and outbound calling, Skip Tracing  and email support as well. Have mentored our new hires once they hit the floor for 6 months have handled admin tasks which requires the usage of MS Word, Excel, Power point and the likes. We also send emails and do email management to communicate with Operations and clients and to send out reports, stats and such. I have experience working at home for a Lawn Care company based in CA, Wherein I handle inbound, outbound calls, Email support and admin tasks. Routed myself to the Real Estate Industry where I do inbound and outbound calling, skip tracing, cold calling, appointment setting and admin tasks such as email management, SMS support and other tasks given by my client. Also gave me the opportunity to be a product trainer where I train our new hires until they are equipped enough to be on the phone. Handled Recruitment where I have made appointment schedules for a 1on1 interview for the client, Interview applicants interested in the position, calendar management and other tasks assigned. I believe that training me for the position will be very adaptable for me. I am very goal oriented, very driven, and flexible. I am considered to be the jack of all traits by my team. And I will make sure that I will give my all once given the chance.
