I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology major in Industrial Psychology. I have eight years of extensive experience in different HRM functions with a background in BPO industry. My customer service experience for eleven months in a Call Center helped me big in terms of building rapport to different stakeholders. My multi-tasking skills had been improved when I handled inbound calls from being a Customer Representative and this always reminds me to provide excellent service to all walks of life.I have zero knowledge using Microsoft Office products when I worked as HR practitioner though this did not hinder me to find ways on how to learn using  Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive. Being in the one of the most largest BPOs in the Philippines always reminds me that change is inevitable.Below are the major responsibilities/work experiences from my previous employersAdministrative Support:- Provide assistance to Philippine Payroll Team during On and Off Cycle Run.-Answers basic Payroll related concern through ticketing system.-Assists Payroll and Human Capital on manual implementation and mass uploading of various employees' information in Oracle HRMS.-Act as Point of Contact on office supplies and other items for procurement.-Conducts validation on PhilPost invoices for the mailing certificates transactions.-Validates reports on Government loan deductions.-Conducts orientation on company and government mandated benefits to new hires.-Process loan applications, sickness and maternity claims and reimbursement as government benefits which includes validation and computation.- Answers employment verification through emails.-Conducts training and orientation to other site POCs regarding new process improvements on government mandated Upgrade to see actual infolendaring/Scheduling:-Booking and re-booking meetingsCustomer Service:-Aiding in business development-Issue resolution-Maintaining and updating customer records-Handling customer complaintsTools:-Google Office, Calendar, Mail-Google Drive-Oracle HRMS-Kronos-DiscovererI am currently looking for a part-time job to still fulfill my career while taking care of my child.
