Profile Description

I've worked in the outsourcing industry for 2 years and 3 months taking phone calls and answering chats as a Customer Support Associate. I did order entry or processing an Upgrade to see actual infotting up a customer profile and scheduling an appointment. 
Last year, I started working from home as an appointment setter and virtual assistant for real estate investors. I call and talk to sellers to find out their motivation to sell their property. I talked to them and try to get their reason for selling the house. I also asked about the condition of there property. When I get all the answers to my question I will go ahead and set the appointment. I also make sure to call all our follow-ups until we closed the deal.
I also talked to buyers and I ask them about the criteria in buying properties and I will coordinate it with my boss to see if we have properties that match their criteria. I will book an appointment if necessary.
